  • HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?
    After placing you order, An email will be sent with your order details. You will then later on receive another email confirming that your order has been dispatched and is on it's way to you.
  • CAN I AMEND MY ORDER?
    If you have made a mistake and you wish to amend your order, please contact us as soon as you can and we will try our best to honor your request however we cannot guarantee that any chances can be made. As we are super quick with processing orders, if the orders has already left our warehouse then unfortunately admendments can't be made.
  • CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
    We can only cancel or amend your order if your order has not been send to our warehouse for processing. Please contact us ASAP and we will try our best to honour your request however we cannot guarantee that the cancelation will be made.
  • CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
    You can track your package by clicking on the link provided in your shipment confirmation email or by logging into your account.
  • WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVE AN INCORRECT ITEM?
    We're sorry to hear that you have received an incorrect or fault item. In the event that the goods are in anyway faulty or there is an issue with your order, you must contact us with 24 hours after you have received your parcel so that we can resolve the issue. Please contact us via instagram or email with your order number, the name product code of the item you were suppose to receive and any further details; and our customer service will do their best in solving the issue for you.
  • HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
    At MAJESTI we understand that sometimes you may need to return your item and we are happy to refund any unwanted item providing they are returned to us within 15 days of receipt in they original condition- undamaged and unworn with all tags and security tape intact. DUE to hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on any products or items purchased from our SALES. Please take extra care when trying on as we cannot accept returns with makeup or tan marks, snags or damages caused to the item when trying on. - Remeber to fill in your return sheets and put this sheet in your parcel when you return it back to us. - Don't forget to keep proof of postage or tracking number - we'll need this if there are issues with your return - Please follow up to 21 working days for your refund to be processed, once a refund has been issued you will be notfied via email. - Once the refund has been processed please allow 5-10 days for the money to appear in your account.

    Yes we do ship worldwide but only to selected countries. For further information please visit out international delivery page.
